Hot & Humid

Kevin and I just came back from a week in Clearwater/Tampa, Florida. We hung out with his family, drove to Epcot in Orlando, spent a day at Clearwater beach, and hung out at the pool whenever possible to cool off. It was a nice relaxing week and we got to catch up with his cousins and their cute kids.

No more vacationing for me. I'm waiting to start work, yes, still waiting to hear from the bd of ed. I think I'm ready for a new season.

I passed!

I passed my exam!!! Now I'm a licensed occupational therapist and will start work on August 30th. Of course the Board of Ed is taking their sweet time placing me at a school. I should find out soon, hopefully! Spent some precious vaca time in the REAL OC with family. It was really nice catching up with everyone, I already miss everything about the OC! Some highlights of the trip: Disneyland (I love It's a Small World!), Legoland, kayaking at La Jolla (thank goodness for dramamine), snorkeling at Catalina Island, In & Out (yum), fish tacos (yum), hotdogs and smores by fire pit at Huntington Beach (so much fun!), backyard barbecue, ice skating lessons, karate lessons, good times...
